Invoices:
Warrantee:
* a) BMH ELECTRICAL & MAINTENANCE warrants its installation work to be defect free for a period of twelve months from invoice date. Such cover does not extend to goods not supplied by BMH ELECTRICAL & MAINTENANCE physical damage to products, or any instance where the original installation has been altered or tampered with subsequently by third parties.
* b) Materials supplied by BMH ELECTRICAL & MAINTENANCE has a manufactures guarantee covered by the date bought from the Wholesalers.
* c) Materials bought by the customer/ client will not be covered by BMH ELECTRICAL & MAINTENANCE and the labour to fix any items bought by the customer/ client will not be covered by BMH ELECTRICAL & MAINTENANCE
Payment:
* a) Unless agreed in writing payment in full must be made within 10 working days of the invoice date from BMH ELECTRICAL & MAINTENANCE
* b) Payment must be made by bank transfer, card payment is option but must be agreed in writing with BMH ELECTRICAL & MAINTENANCE
Estimates:
BMH ELECTRICAL & MAINTENANCE estimates are subject to change without prior notice due to materials/ wholesaler price fluctuation.Extras added by the customer that are not listed on this written estimate.
Terms and conditions: Pricing:* a) The costs estimated assume continuous and unhindered access to the site by prior arrangement with you.* b) Unless stated otherwise, the costs quoted assume standard working hours between the hours of 08:30 hrs - 18:00 hrs Monday to Friday inclusive. Work required outside these hours may attract out of hours premium rates.* c) Any additional work not covered in our quoted costs will attract additional time charge rate of £30.00-£60.00 per hour plus materials cost plus VAT* d) All figures quoted are valid for a date of 30 days from the date of the estimate or quotation.
Risk and Title of Goods and Property:* a) The risk in all goods supplied shall pass to the Client upon delivery.* b) All goods supplied shall remain property of BMH ELECTRICAL & MAINTENANCE until all sums due have been paid in full.* c) The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is insured for the duration of the installation work.
Exclusions:* a) Clearing and / or moving of furniture and other items blocking access to work areas are not included.* B) Re-decoration and final making good is excluded from quoted costs, unless specifically detailed as included.* C) Removal from site and disposal of rubble, fittings, wiring, materials, general waste and packaging is not included.
Extras and Variations:* a) Any thing not listed on this estimate will be charged as Extras.* B) All extras and variations must be agreed prior to commencement.

By signing this estimate I understand is subjected to terms and conditions as outlined above and current at this date of acceptance, I confirm that full payment will be made to BMH ELECTRICAL AND MAINTENANCE within 10 working days.
