We have had the pleasure of working on a brand new local chip shop Smart Fish Bar Kingsdown

We took this project on from day one start to finish and I must say I’m very proud of what we have achieved! Well done team!

We met the owner on site from day one and took care of the project from then. We have worked alongside the architect and the local council to get the job completed.

We started by building up the stud walls and adding OSB to them to strengthen them.

Then first fixed the plumbing and electrics.

We then plaster-boarded and hygienic sheeted the walls so it’s easy to clean and for hygiene purposes. A stainless steel covering was added to the cooking area to protect it from heat and to make it hygienic.

In the potato room, we put a drain in then concreted it all to make a solid base for the finished floor (wet area)

We installed a fire-rated hygienic ceiling tile system, to make sure it was easy to clean and it wouldn’t look grubby and dirty in the future.

We fitted an efficient water heater for the hot water; all installed with copper pipe. Thermostat mixing valves have been fitted to all hand-washing basins to stop workers from scalding themselves with hot water.

We installed an ESP fire alarm system with heat and smoke detectors where needed and also above the suspended ceiling void.

A three-phase consumer unit with built-in surge protection has also been installed.

Metal-clad sockets have been fitted on the stainless steel and a floating one for the island freezer.

White sockets have been fitted throughout and ip65 sockets in the wet areas.

Ansell stylish lighting has been installed to give it the SMART look!! Emergency lighting has been fitted throughout. Sensor lights fitted in store and WC so staff won’t need to keep turning them on and off!

4x POE HiLook hikvision 5mp colour view cameras

8-channel POE Network video recorder

24/7 access on mobile devices or web browsers to view live and play back recordings, motion alarms can be set up to notify you if anybody is on the premises.

We created a TV menu system so they can easily update the prices at any time all turned on by a single switch for all screens.
