Terms and Conditions

Invoices:

Warrantee:

a) BMH ELECTRICAL SERVICES warrants its installation work to be defect free for a period of twelve months from invoice date. Such cover does not extend to goods not supplied by BMH ELECTRICAL SERVICES, physical damage to products, or any instance where the original installation has been altered or tampered with subsequently by third parties.
b) Materials supplied by BMH ELECTRICAL SERVICES have a manufacturer’s guarantee covered by the date bought from the wholesalers.
c) Materials bought by the customer/client will not be covered by BMH ELECTRICAL SERVICES and the labour to fix any items bought by the customer/client will not be covered by BMH ELECTRICAL SERVICES.

Payment:

a) Unless agreed in writing, payment in full must be made within 10 working days of the invoice date from BMH ELECTRICAL SERVICES.
b) Payment must be made by bank transfer; card payment is an option but must be agreed in writing with BMH ELECTRICAL SERVICES.

Estimates:

BMH ELECTRICAL SERVICES estimates are subject to change without prior notice due to materials/wholesaler price fluctuations. Extras added by the customer that are not listed on this written estimate will incur additional charges.

Terms and Conditions:

Pricing:

a) The costs estimated assume continuous and unhindered access to the site by prior arrangement with you.
b) Unless stated otherwise, the costs quoted assume standard working hours between 08:30 hrs – 18:00 hrs Monday to Friday inclusive. Work required outside these hours may attract out of hours premium rates.
c) Any additional work not covered in our quoted costs will attract additional time charge rate of £30.00 – £60.00 per hour plus materials cost plus VAT.
d) All figures quoted are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the estimate or quotation.

Risk and Title of Goods and Property:

a) The risk in all goods supplied shall pass to the Client upon delivery.
b) All goods supplied shall remain property of BMH ELECTRICAL SERVICES until all sums due have been paid in full.
c) The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is insured for the duration of the installation work.

Exclusions:

a) Clearing and/or moving of furniture and other items blocking access to work areas are not included.
b) Re-decoration and final making good is excluded from quoted costs, unless specifically detailed as included.
c) Removal from site and disposal of rubble, fittings, wiring, materials, general waste, and packaging is not included.

Extras and Variations:

a) Anything not listed on this estimate will be charged as Extras.
b) All extras and variations must be agreed prior to commencement.

By signing this estimate, I understand it is subject to the terms and conditions as outlined above and current at this date of acceptance. I confirm that full payment will be made to BMH ELECTRICAL SERVICES within 10 working days.
